Last night, I did the Echantment Hunt. It is awesome! The free gifts are really worth it, so listen to my words: do not miss it! Really! 23 stores are participating, and I found the gifts quite facile to find. This hunt should be easily doable within an evening. A notecard with all landmarks and hints is available in the group notices of the Enchantment Update Group.

To the Sands with Secret Affair

Just a few hours ago, The Secret Affair has opened its new round themed "To the Sands". I am showing you items from aisling's newest gacha: Aphrodite. I made a version a bit more moderate and was happy to see how well it matched with a few pieces from a previous release by aisling, the Dangara gacha. 

The gem colors of the Aphrodite commons can be changed via HUD. For the hands, you get even two versions! A circle, or a shell. To wrap up my outfit, I have mixed it with brand new bracers from EarthStones which are currently available at Fair Play, and two other recent releases: first, the Shaaswat hair by little bones which includes a version with and without an attached scarf, and which allows you to hide or show the headpiece as well as change your scarf & gem colors from the headpiece via HUD. And second, the Princess of Lunimba tiara by Independent Objects which was first seen at this year's Fantasy Faire. Finally, I found a nice facepaint at Madrid Solo which is free for the Body Art Hunt. This hunt offers many great prizes, I highly recommend it! And the best is, you have all previews on the official homepage, and it's also not a big hunt so you can easily finish it during a short time within an evening.

And before I give you the full credits, I really have to show you a peek of The Secret Affair's event location! I was totally excited about this huge arena and its decoration, and had to take a few snapshots. Though my pictures can't even do it justice, you really should go and visit yourself!

A touch of Greek Mythology! I was at Pegasoi to take the picture - it's such a great location! Go visit if you haven't been there yet. That's also one of the three sim where The Secret Affair is usually located, and where the Enchantment event will be held in August.

Fair Play is still a new event so I want to point out again that its concept is to offer permanent fairs for stressless releases and shopping. You can find more information about it on the official homepage.

The dress and the wreath from BELLE EPOQUE I'm wearing are available in 3 colors each: blue, pink, and white; the sandals either in a blue, pink or gold. This outfit matched great with the pieces of Tannhauser's Art Nouveau gacha machine which is currently available at Chapter Four. Tannhauser has no official store as of date but is currently working on that. So, brand new label on the grid! Judging from that very first release of this designer, I am sure we will see more awesome creations from Tannhauser quite soon.

The Fantasy Faire is coming! I'm not counting days anymore, I'm counting hours, and I'm really very excited that this year, I may participate as an official blogger. Of course, I am looking forward to all the great new fashion releases we will be offered but much more important than that is the main reason for this event: Fantasy Faire - now already celebrating its 7th year as one of megaevents for the Relay For Life in SL megaevents - is part of the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life (RFL) fundraising.

The American Cancer Society helps in many ways. They lend a helping hand to understand the diagnosis, and to find the right treatment and programs during and after cancer. They inform about support programs and services, they help with experience and advices when children are involved, they assist caregivers. And so much more.

During the Faire, you will have the chance to support this vitally important work of this organization and their personnel by buying from RFL vendors, or giving donations as you wish. You can also meet & greet, talk & discuss, inform & be informed - and most of all, enjoy great times together! For all this, many presentations, performances and activities will be provided. Finally, Birdy/Foxy/Alchemy & friends re-opened again! I was looking forward to it, and finally the day has come for the "early bird" access for group members. I took my chance and my camera, my group tag and the new gift, and prepared for this post!
